Account Manager - Industrial Cable
Location:Beijing,Shanghai
To provide complete sales and marketing services to all customers and prospective customers to achieve and exceed sales target, enhance Belden's market awareness, expanding its customer base, and increase market share.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Execute daily sales calls activities by conveying and explaining company policies and procedures to all customers and prospects in a positive and constructive manner;
2. Develop an annual territory sales plan keyed to customers and driven by the sales and marketing plans that are to be accomplished;
3. Participate in trade and professional associations to keep up to date on new developments, be proactive and creative in exploring market opportunities;
4. Track the competitors information and marketing trend, actively communicate with the marketing team in updating market information, preparing and organizing marketing activities & events within the assigned territory;
5. In conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, provides assistance and guidance to all distributors to maintain sufficient inventory of product to provide proper balance and depth and turns of the inventory.
6. Review sales forecast and project funnel and update to Regional Sales Manager;
7. Prepare and provide required sales reports for the Regional Sales Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
1. BA degree with at least 5 years' experience in wire & cable related industry;
2. Initiative, self motivated, independently, willing to take challenge and work under pressure;
3. Language: Chinese, English

Exempt Position Description
Position: Product Manager Wire & Cable
Organization Unit: IBG China
Location: SH
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
With enough product and application knowledge, by working closely with Sales & AE, initial local market promotion, product and solution position, and support Marketing Director on Pricing program for the Sales&marketing team to achieve target/budget within the territory.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Develops & conduct the presentation/tactical plans to vertical markets
2. Identifying product and market opportunities for proposal using defined marketing processes.
3. Conduct marketing tools for target vertical market.
4. Development of Pricing program for Wire & Cable.
5. Launching product and program roll-outs, training the sales/AE/customers.
6. Remains current updated for all industry specifying such as UL, NEC, EIA, FCC, IEC etc., and provide the guide on Key vertical.
7. Provides product support, both internal and external for Key vertical.
8. Build up the product mapping for available product & propose the product Roadmap.
9. Conducts product/sales seminar, roadshow or other marketing related activities.
10. Monitors competition/market trend and provides analysis of pricing actions; product lines; and market positioning on key vertical.
11. Performs all other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
ndergraduate University Degree
2 years PM experience or 6 years of Technical/application engineering experience in a Sales/Marketing organization from related industry.
Must Know/Familiar the control & signal cable industry.

Position: Product Manager – Industrial Ethernet
Report to: Marketing Director
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product & Pricing management and marketing of Industrial Ethernet switches for Greater China market.
Collection of market information and observation of the competitor situation for the respective product category
Responsibility to achieve annual product group target
Coordination with headquarter on new product development, market launch and product phase-out activities
Responsible for product solution development and promotion for company’s focused key verticals.
Provide technical and commercial support to the sales organization
Support Outbound Marketing team with developing marketing tools like brochures, leaflets, catalogues, solution documents, website.etc, for your responsible product group.
REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors degree or above in with major in communication or automation.
Industrial Ethernet background is highly appreciated.
Minimum 5 years experience in development, project or product management for the IT or industrial automation industry.
Work experience in foreign-invested company
Good team working spirit & interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently
Fluent English (both oral and writing) capability
High motivation and willingness of frequent business travel
