Job Description:
• Provide technical support to RiT customers by working directly at the customer site, and keeping intensive contact with local and HQ RiT CS
• Installation and adjustment of the RiT products on site according to the customer needs
• Document all activity and communication with customer in the RiT CRM system
• Provide Tier 1 supports to the end user
• Pre-Sale and Post-Sale activities
• Provide training to clients in the use of RiT systems and applications
Job Requirements:
• Post secondary education resulting in a technical degree, or strong experience working in a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer support team (in communication area)
• System administration/support experience in Windows platform
• Solid understanding of windows networking
• Experience working with SQL Database
• Experience working with the Reporting systems such as Crystal reports
• Knowledge in Windows Security
• Experience working with the abroad customers
• High level of English in reading/speaking/writing
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Ability to travel 20-30% of the working time
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Ability to promptly answer support related email and phone calls
• Handling customer cases via CRM systems
• Ability to work remotely with Tier 2 Customer Support team by providing relevant information and respond on requests professionally and on time
• Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
